How it works...
We prepare the artwork and then RIP the file to our digital printer. Even photographic images can be handled with Direct To Garment Printing “DTG”.
Using a state of the art “Direct-To-Garment” printer, we can print onto almost any type of fabric.
We simply load the artwork file and print it directly on to the T-Shirt. This is then cured through a gas dryer, the inks fix to the fibres in the shirt ensuring great wash ability.
The printing can be completed almost immediately, allowing short turn around times. And multi colour photographic prints with no minimum order.

What is Direct To Garment (D.T.G.) Printing?
Direct To Garment Digital Printing is the process of printing full colour images directly onto white and dark garments. Using the latest equipment in this field Consilium Group consistently print great full colour images on to a wide range of T-Shirts and other garments with no set up cost and no minimum order.
The Advantage of Direct To Garment Printing
Unlike screen printing which requires screens to be made up, ink colours to be mixed and large machines to be setup, Direct To Garment Printing is suitable for short runs of full colour artwork on to a wide range of garments.

Consilium Group are one of the few companies in the UK that have invested in this type of printing. We can now produce printed T-Shirts within hours of receiving your artwork. Digitally Printed T-Shirts are great for promotions, workwear or even stag and hen nights. Because there is no minimum order on digitally printed T-Shirts you could order 20 T-Shirts each with a different full colour print. Something that would be impossible using traditional screen printing.
Limitations
Accurate Pantone colour matching isn’t always possible due to certain colours being out of the CMYK Gamut, screen printing may be a better solution if Pantone matching is absolutely necessary. However, Direct To Garment printing does allow shorter runs, quicker turn around and more detailed images.
